A: Yes, we offer returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please ensure that you send the item back to us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Q: Where is Midday made?

A: Midday products are designed in Australia and manufactured in China and Bangladesh. Additionally, all print work is done locally.

Q: Do you sell in any stores?

A: At the moment, we do not sell our products in any physical stores. You can purchase Midday products exclusively through our online store.

2. a. Faulty Stock: We strive to provide you with high-quality products. In the event that you receive faulty stock, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will accept returns of faulty stock in its original packaging with the original tags. We will provide a refund or exchange for the faulty item.
3. b. General Returns and Exchanges: We understand that sometimes you may change your mind or need a different size or style. If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will accept returns of items in their original packaging with the original tags. We will provide an exchange for the item, subject to availability.

5. a. Domestic Orders: We offer free domestic shipping on all orders over $150. We will promptly process and post out your domestic order without charging any additional postage fees. 
6. b. International Orders: For international orders, the shipping cost will be calculated based on the weight of the package. Please note that additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping charges.
7. Lost or Damaged Mail:
8. a. We strive to ensure that your order reaches you safely and in good condition. However, we do not take responsibility for any lost or damaged mail during transit. If you encounter any issues with delivery, please contact the respective shipping carrier for assistance.
